Abstract

The article provides ways to reduce the wear of plowshares from the impact of abrasive soil particles, as well as the value of induction hardening in increasing the wear resistance of ploughshares, the theoretical foundations of induction hardening parameters, such as quenching depth, heating temperature, heating time, cooling rates.
